TWENTIFY is the next generation market research company that focuses on decoding human moments. Helps brands and corporations with in-the-moment market research studies, powered by Bounty mobile application. Twentify operates in 8 countries including Turkey, Canada, UK, and the US, serving more than 300 corporate customers.
Company is currently looking for a Research Director to be the new member of growing team. You will manage a team of market researchers.
If you are highly energetic, self-motivated, agile, able to change hats on the fly, and last but not the least, have an entrepreneurial spirit, company is waiting for you. You will be a part of the executive team and have a say in company’s strategic discussions. Are a fully-remote team, therefore this position is a remote opportunity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of related market research experience
- Experienced in market research methodologies, project management, data analysis and insights generation
- Must be able to meet expected benchmarks for quality and output
- Possess strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks and projects
- Must have creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the CEO
- As a member of the company management team, taking part in projects aiming to improve Twentify
- Leading a team of researchers, planning and executing their workflow
- Monitoring and managing the delivery schedules of ongoing research projects
- Making sure research questionnaires, targeting etc are executed correctly
- Ensuring Twentify research projects meet established thresholds for quality and strive for improvement
- Assisting in questionnaire scripting, data analysis and insights generation
