The company Colife (https://colife.ae/), a Dubai real estate service with Russian roots, and they are looking for a Renovation Project Coordinator to join our team in the renovation department in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
— managing a renovation project
— identification of repair tasks
— communication with building management, obtaining permits for renovation, and delivery of goods
— organization of work and quality control of contractors at the facility
— control of furniture assemblers, and arrangement of furniture according to the design project
— preparation of budget reports
— preparation of the apartment for a photo session
— preparation of the apartment for the delivery department according to the checklist
Requirements:
— knowledge of repair work
— knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
— ability to negotiate
— time management and process organizer skills
— flexibility of mind, creative and critical thinking
— ability to find non-standard solutions and quick response to changes
— responsibility, attention to detail
— strict adherence to deadlines
— proficiency in English and Russian
