В агентство Hype Partners требуется Региональный менеджер (Россия) (ведущий клиент Gaming Guild).
Требования:
- Native Russian language, fluent English language: written and spoken
- 2+ years of experience in client leading, gaming guilds or running a successful Discord for a gaming project, ideally background from an agency or a gaming company
- Experience in building a Discord for a game
- Very organized, great time management skills, and attention to detail
- The person enjoys playing games and uses Discord on a daily basis
- The person is a positive mindset and can-do attitude
Задачи:
- Work with the Gaming Dept on establishing each new gaming client KPIs
- Manage a community manager for given territory
- Draft strategy for each new game joining the gaming guild, with KPIs in mind
- Implement the community management strategy with the CM in house
- Day to day communication with the community (on Discord and/or similar services)
- Coordinate with the gaming, growth, social media and creative teams for project management implementation per client
- Work with our Growth & Influencers teams to draft and follow up on reaching out to local KOLs for regional player-base expansion
- Benchmarking of the gaming guild competitors on the market and pitch new ideas of improving product
- Draft weekly reports on client campaigns engagement, growth and performance in the guild
