Company is looking for Regional V&A business partner, responsibility for South, Northwestern and Central regions.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
- Develop and implement regional Value and Access strategy for strategic portfolio
- Boosters project management for each TA and regional GR support
- Develop Value communication tools to secure products value in OMI and implementation among 3M team
- Provide assessment of implementation OMI communication tools at the regional level, ensure operational excellence of FF in OMI channel by double visits and assessment center Gagarin
- Define needed capabilities and competencies to work in OMI for regional market access team
- Provides input from federal and regional experts in OMI to provide updating of DRG
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
- People management experience is welcome >2 years (sales, MA preferrable)
- Deep understanding of healthcare system and OMI at regional and federal level
- Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment
- Strong process/project management skills
- Competencies: Strategic mindset, Collaborates, Navigates Complexity, Excel fluent, leadership in matrix structure
