Ernst & Young is searching for a Regional Talent Communications and Engagement Manager.
Your key responsibilities:
Deliver Talent internal communications and engagement programs in CESA, in full alignment with the EY Global Talent BMC strategy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CE and talent trends and reflect them in the strategic CE approach.
Embrace innovation and digital approaches together with traditional forms of communication.
Proactively contribute ideas and share knowledge, information and best practices across the EMEIA Talent CE network and CESA BMC, CE and Talent networks. Work closely with the networks to align and implement CE programs.
Plan, coordinate and produce internal communications to engage EY professionals with the Global Talent priorities, campaigns and initiatives using all relevant channels:
Leadership messages – prepare in written, video and podcast format
News – write and edit content, arrange formatting
Webcasts – advise on and coordinate with internal stakeholders; prepare communications
SharePoint sites – set up, populate, maintain
Special campaigns – prepare communications using all relevant channels
Embed measurement and reporting into all communications initiatives

To qualify for the role you will have:
6+ years of internal communications and engagement experience
Fluent English, native-English speaker level (both spoken and written)
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent level of study), ideally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or English
