A tobacco brand is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.

 

Job Purpose:

Manage Sales in assign regions by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, evaluating sales performance and coordinating with Distributor’s branches and regional team on improvement of the active client base and generation of new clients
Lead and oversee the activities and performance of sales & market monitoring teams
Manage regional field organization on the assigned territory by setting individual targets, tracking performance and facilitate achievement of business results (sales volume, AIL direct coverage, assortment, availability, visibility etc.)

 

Performance Objectives:

Growth of sales volumes & market share through expansion of the company’s brands presence in assigned regions
Development of sales plans for assigned regions, approval with management, ensure deployment of S&M strategies and activities on the assigned territory
Effective management and development of Sales team in assigned regions to ensure achievement of business results and efficient deployment of all product initiatives and projects in field
Partnership building with key stakeholders and trade partners (distributor’s branch management and regional team, wholesalers, retailers)
Market, distribution performance, competitors activities and the company’s new launches monitoring in assigned regions and analysis to define and formulate key issues / opportunities for business growth

 

Requirements:

English: Intermediate +
Bachelor degree
Sales, distribution, marketing, trade marketing, consumers, advertising, business environment, retail, WS, chain channels, regional specific of tobacco market.
