Responsibility:
- Develop and implement sales and channel development strategies for the local market to achieve sales targets and market share.
- Expand sales channels in the local market, establish and maintain good relationships with distributors, agents, and partners.
- Manage the sales team in the local market, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, to ensure the team meets sales targets.
- Plan and organize sales activities in the local market, including exhibitions, seminars, product promotions, etc., to increase brand awareness and market share.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years’ sales experiences as tobacco/FMCG channel/distribution sales manager.
- Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills, with the ability to deliver formal presentations to senior staff.
- Team management or as a team leader experience is a plus.
- Ability to work successfully as part of a multi-disciplinary team as well as to independently drive different customer / client engagement.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel and other data analyzing tool; Can do attitude with hands on approach is a must.
- Passion and innovative mindset, agile and open mind to challenges and fast changing market, entrepreneurship is a plus.
- Native Russian Speaker, fluent English.
