Responsibilities:
- Developing annual sales plans, strategies and tactics in the assigned territory to enhance competitive position and meet customer needs
- Partnering with various area business leaders to develop sales plans
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Executing regional sales plans to meet the objectives of the company
- Providing regular updates to the plan to the upper management
- Providing overall management of assigned sales area
Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales lead
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Excellent, communication, negotiation and presentation
- Fluent English and Russian
