В компанию-организатор шоу дронов Lumasky Drone Show требуется Regional Sales Manager.

 

Company is launching vibrant drone light shows (which they develop ourselves) worldwide. To date, company has completed 150 projects in 24 countries.
Currently, company is focusing on a regional approach to developing markets where they see potential for strategic presence. Company is actively promoting drone shows through a network of local partners. The global industry in field is growing annually and constantly evolving.
Company is seeking an experienced Regional Development Manager to join team and expand partner network in India. Experience in the event segment, as well as in the fireworks or light show industry in the Indian region, is crucial to company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Search for and establish sales channels (bizdev or business development)
  • Create and grow the partner network and sales funnel in India
  • Develop customer journey map and calendars of significant national and regional events
  • Dive into regional specifics (assess legal and logistical complexities)
  • Forecast market conditions and trends
  • Manage the full sales cycle (B2B and B2G)

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in regional or corporate sales in India (event industry/show business/creative sector)
  • Successful cases of organizing and building partner sales
  • Willingness to travel periodically for extended periods
  • A relevant network or a "little black book" of partners and clients in the event industry
  • Fluency in English and Russian, knowledge of Hindi would be a significant advantage
