GRUNDFOS is a world leader in advanced pumping equipment and water treatment technology legislation. Grundfos Pumps is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join its Global Solutions & Marketing team.
What is the job about:
Develop, drive and execute end-user marketing campaigns and sales enablement activities that support the overall marketing and brand strategy
Develop and drive regional marketing deployment plans that drive leads and demand for Grundfos solutions
Align with regional sales director on local market focus and key customer personas to implement a customer-centric content marketing approach
Responsible for marketing performance measurement and reporting
Support local marketing teams to effectively and efficiently deploy marketing initiatives and integrate messaging and strategy with events and customer loyalty programs
Support PU marketing with customer insights and best practices
Support regional customer value excellence programs
Drive feedback-loops from sales to marketing on best practice
What do you need to apply:
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in/or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field or other related fields of study. Additionally, have a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant work experience in integrated marketing campaigns beyond formal education
Experience managing defined processes within marketing- and project management
Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in marketing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
Ability to work independently within a matrix team environment, to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify and solve problems, plan, organize and coordinate activities and complex analyses and work independently to manage projects
Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is preferred
Ability to develop professional business relationships and communicate effectively with a global team
Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for marketing
Must be able to travel both local and international if necessary. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, job travels are limited / suspended.
