Coca-Cola is looking for a Regional Marketing Execution Manager (Immediate consumption).

 

Key responsibilities:

Contributes to the co-creation and cascading down of the annual regional BP:
— split key initiatives (unforgivables, permanent equipment, fully funded activities) per subchannel, TOP IC LKA customers, commercial areas
— support Commercial sales managers and IC leaders on territories to cascade down annual BP to BD level during Commercial areas BP cascading down sessions
— adopt and present customer marketing plans during annual negotiation campaigns with TOP 3 LKA IC customers
— review BP targets achieving and corrective action plan developing on Monthly BPMS meetings
Contributes to achieve Unforgivables execution targets:
— split regional targets by months, by commercial sales areas to aligned with Regional IC sales Manager
— support Regional IC sales Manager to cascaded down targets to IC supervisors’ level
— review results based on RED & SAP reporting and develop corrective actions on weekly sales & marketing meetings
Contributes to translation of zoning principles and achievement of permanent equipment execution targets:
— split regional targets by months, by commercial sales areas to aligned with Regional IC sales Manager
— support Regional IC sales Manager to cascaded down targets to IC supervisors’ level
— review results based on SAP & RED reporting (equipment numbers & coverage, zoning vs PicOS, warehouse stocks) and develop corrective actions on weekly sales & marketing meetings
— run market visits to get feedbackon equipment (functionality, ergonomics, attractiveness) & communicate to Central Support Office
Contributes to Fully Funded cascading down and achieve execution targets:
— split regional targets by months, by commercial sales areas to aligned with Regional IC sales Manager
— develop regional Fully Funded roll-out plan
— lead IC supervisors briefing and samples providing on weekly IC meetings
— review results based on SAP & RED reporting (POP availability, displays number, warehouse stocks) and develop corrective actions on weekly sales & marketing meetings
— run market visits to get feedbackon POP & communicate to Central Support Office
Maps and Identifies IC Channel Regional opportunities and calculates Size of the prize for TMA
Actively searches for region best practices and ideas from other industries and regions for re-applying
Runs risk assessment and designs contingencies planning for Regional IC channel programs and by ensuring zero business losses
SPOC for Regional IC Sales Manager, HORECA Marketing Manager, OTG Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Execution Manager on daily level
Responsible for the personal development and growth, manages with discipline PDF processes (career planning as well as IDP)

 

Qualifiers:

University diploma
Fluent English
3 years comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations
