Role accountabilities:

  • TOP10 Local Key Accounts (LKA) strategy development
  • Joint Business Planning approach develop & maintain TOP10 LKA
  • SKAMs capability development
  • Confirmation of contract terms and TM budget by account
  • G2N of KA accountability, clients P&L management
  • Analysis of current sales, searching for solutions to stimulate the demand
  • Staff recruitment & training, providing mentoring/coaching for the KAM team
  • Resources allocation
  • Evaluation and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Solving complicated issues and attending key negotiations
  • Assisting with developing product strategies
  • Tracking the activities of competitors

 

Education and experience requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG companies
  • Extensive experience in strategic account management
  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g., finance, operations, marketing)
  • Exceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to breakdown complex problems and formulate plans, commercially aware
  • Self-Motivated by intellectual challenges and curiosity
  • A demonstrated ability to craft vision and strategy and execute with actionable plans
  • Able to communicate well with external/internal stakeholders to influence change
  • A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances

Commercial/functional skills:

  • Demonstrated success in the development/execution of sales delivery
  • Able to work in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across functions
  • Strong business acumen, understanding of market dynamics, commercial mind-set
  • Strong understanding of brand & category foundational tools
  • Product & portfolio management including managing projects through gate processes
  • Strong analytical, decision making, influence, and communication skills
  • Clear desire to understand and succeed in a complex environment
  • Able to make tough, informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track
  • Able to navigate and perform in ambiguous circumstances
  • Able to read, write & speak English on intermediate level
