The Role:
As a Regional Human Resources Manager, you will maintain overall HR responsibility of the region that you assigned. You will combine your HR experience and strategic mindset to act as a bridge between Regions and Head Quarter and to continually grow the success of the brand and exceed targets year on year.
Job Description:
- Managing all the processes for the countries under his/her responsibility in alignment and coordination with Retail Headquarters Human Resources teams
- Determining staff requirements to be aligned with HR and relevant managers before the performance year and make sure that recruitment process of Headquarters and retail positions are managed and reported in accordance with determined plan and time
- Determining annual KPIs together with HQ IR and follow up the results periodically, to take improvement action when necessary
- To align the annual HR Financial budget with HQ IR based on the units, to report and follow up them on a monthly basis
- To make sure that the probation period evaluations and exit processes to be carried out in accordance with the country's legislation and company's principles
- Ensure that the annual internal promotion and training program determined for the country is carried out according to the calendar and procedure
- Managing feedback, warning, notice processes in accordance with the company's values, principles and labour laws
- To make sure that all the performance evaluation and survey processes are carried out, reported and the necessary actions are taken
- Preparing internal communication budget and plan of the HR processes, receive approval for them and put them into practice
- To make sure that the training and development needs of store and country head office employees based on orientation, occupational expertise and leadership competencies, to do literature research for the trainings to be made in the country, to plan, carry out and follow up the training activities to be made in the country, to produce training and development solutions specific to the country
- Following up that the trainings, which are legally compulsory in the countries, are carried out on time
- To make sure that the training, measurement and evaluation processes in the promotion programs of the positions under his/her responsibility are carried out in the determined standards
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum University Degree
- Fluent English (written & verbal)
Professional Expertise:
- 8-10+ years of HR experience, people management and managerial experience at last position
- Experienced in recruiting, training and development, employee relations, labour laws and regulations
- Energetic, proactive and able to build effective collaboration with all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and communications skills; ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with diversified teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and enjoys generalist work in a fast paced, dynamic organization
- Able to travel frequently in the region
- The experience to work in multinational/multicultural environment
