IT company Crayon is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager.
As the newly appointed Regional Human Resource Manager for Crayon CEE, you will have the overall responsibility for all HR accountabilities in the region and act as the trusted point of contact for managers and our colleagues. In this role, it is envisaged you would be effective and responsible for high quality deliverables throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction to deployment, with a focus on both operative and strategic tasks and processes. On offer, is a hands-on role with daily tasks and challenges, focused to motivate, support, and advise managers in local subsidiaries. The role function includes facilitating Crayon’s global strategic direction is implemented on a local level, delivering company goals, policies, and internal practices into feasible actions for team members.
Key responsibilities to highlight:
Demonstrate strategic HR management by aligning all key areas of HR with Crayon’s long- and short-term business goals and initiatives
Partner with global HR teams for HR standards and Talent Acquisition delivery, ensuring that local subsidiaries are aligned with global HR policies and guidelines
Collaborate with managers in leadership decisions, including supporting recruitment processes, onboarding, compensation, development, offboarding, labor law, employee engagement and complex work-related issues
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to drive recruitment processes, qualification process, partake in interviews and end to end process
Work closely with stakeholders to develop administrative frameworks and methods to ensure both economic growth and promote an environment where our colleagues thrive
Wanted competency and experience:
8+ years of HR manager experience, preferable in the IT ecosystem
Firsthand experience in establishing and implementing HR best practices in delivering solutions locally and aligning globally
Track record of demonstrating strategic HR management such as aligning all key areas of HR with the company, including: recruitment, compensation, learning, development, performance, talent management workforce planning culture.
Previous experience in collaborating with relevant contributors and stakeholders to support internal events and HR initiatives across the region
Higher education/ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
