Responsibilities:
Lead and assist colleagues at the Region in carrying out health and safety measures
Preparing and enforcing programs to establish a H&S culture through the CEE Region
Prepare HSE action plans and initiatives to improve overall H&S performance
Developing and approving localized version of H&S standards, providing implementation through the CEE Region
Developing training materials an conducting trainings of H&S personal and stakeholders on the requirements of H&S standards and processes
Conducting H&S audits within the CEE Region
Participating in incident investigations, corrective action identification, implementation and follow-up
Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess H&S risks
Organize and control H&S activities - monitor compliance of H&S legislative (Russia)
Support of branches in interaction with state supervision bodies (Russia)
Reporting on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
Skills / Experience:
Degree or diploma in related fields of HSE or engineering specialties from a recognized institute
Experience and knowledge of international H&S Standards (ISO 45001)
More than 5 years’ experience in H&S
Skills in report writing, presentations and training
Good communication, organizational and administrative skills
Ability to deliver training & H&S education programs
Advanced English.
