About the role:
- Renaissance is proud to support a prestigious high-end international Real Estate business, in their search for a Regional Head of Marketing
- Located in Dubai, UAE, the role as the Regional Head of Marketing for Middle East, Africa and India (IMEA), will see you be fully empowered and responsible for devising the Marketing Strategy of this prestigious International Real Estate division for a highly regarded Singaporean family office conglomerate
- Reporting to the IMEA Managing Director, the role requires a Marketing professional who is a strategic leader, able to devise, implement and execute the foundation of the Marketing Division of this newly established International Real Estate Business
- With a global vision, you will lead and execute the Marketing strategy of this exciting business that will utilise cutting edge technology to deliver a comprehensive suite of property services, that will span multiple geographies and offer transactional and advisory services, strategic consultancy, asset and wealth management expertise, whilst delivering an unrivalled global customer experience and user interface
- You will be responsible for creatively writing the story and setting the tone of this 200-year-old heritage and prestigious high-end international Real Estate business; responsible in identifying the required platforms, channels and agencies to create an impactful launch in line with the Leaders vision
- With an entrepreneurial mindset, and experience of launching businesses from the ground-up, to become successful and industry leading, you will also where required, partner and align with the multiple overseas offices
- Digital Marketing will play a significant part in the launch of the business, you should be a digital visionary able to identify and target the digital portals and channels required to create an impactful launch of the Brand profile across the industry. Experienced in engaging and managing agency relationships will be critical to the success and on-time delivery
- The Regional Head of Marketing will also be responsible for creating and driving PR strategies, in the region to ensure the businesses consistent key messaging is delivered
Key responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Devising of the regional marketing strategy, including launch, digital platform identification, creating of digital and traditional go-to-market strategies specific to India, Middle East and Africa
- Manage budgets and return on investment on all marketing activity based on regular reporting with each head of business lines
- Develop creative marketing and digital strategies, analyse and where required improve customer insights, customer journey and Identify marketing opportunities based on company analysis results news, stats and trends, where possible develop new services
- Create awareness campaigns across digital platforms (email, social media, website) and print communications
- Support leading this Real Estate firm to be the consumers choice for high-end Residential Sales and lettings across IMEA
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to support and generate leads for residential sales and lettings using integrated online and offline marketing methods, maintaining and managing a secure and robust lead generation tracking and monitoring process and platform
- Ensure that the brand profile is represented externally and internally in line with the brand guidelines and values
- In the start-up phase, responsible for the organisation of events & networking opportunities
- Management of external agencies to track and maintain the impact and success of implemented digital marketing content, customer surveys and studies and other marketing activity
- Deliver Competitor Analysis and Market Analysis and support the business lines in development of new offices or services
Internal Communications:
- Provide monthly reporting on marketing and PR results to the MD / CFO
- Build strong and positive working relationships with stakeholders across the businesses, HQ and wider Group PR
- Identifying and aiding the business to achieve industry sector awards
- Take an active lead in managing any business line corporate communications or crisis situations Required attitude/behaviours
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team-working skills, able to Build strong and positive working relationships with key stakeholders across the businesses, HQ and the wider Group
- Ability to tailor style of communication to different audiences, both internal and external
- Articulate with a high standard of written English and Arabic

Experience:
- Demonstrable record of marketing ideally across the IMEA Real Estate industry or an equivalent premium consumer services environment
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-level marketing role, ideally in the real estate and/or luxury sector
- Strong digital marketing skills and ability to generate high quality leads
- Experience of working in a fast-moving and dynamic organisation would be an advantage
- Capability to travel through the region on a regular basis to support the sales team activation
