Responsibilities
Support regional launches across Russia
Meet key regional government stakeholders
Prepare and administer all official correspondence with the regional government on behalf of DiDi
Outline key activities in the regions for DiDi to participate in order to gain additional support and right visibility on the government arena
Agree on regional administrative support where possible
Participate in launch activities
Ensure right DiDi Management meetings with regional high-level officials are conducted
Collaborate and maintain relations with key government stakeholders in major regions long-term
Participate in key working groups and other regional activities to support the company
Establish and maintain relations with regional administrations
Keep track of key activities in all regions with DiDi presence and ensure company’s interests are fit into the city/town/region agenda
Look for additional opportunities for the company to be represented
Requirements
Experience in the government/working with the government 7+ years
Experience in working with regional government bodies is essential
Project management skills (ability to lead simultaneously several projects, set priorities, deal with emergencies)
Good writing skills, including knowledge of formal government correspondence rules (ability to write formal letters, prepare documents for officials).
Good communications skills – ability to express thoughts in concise and transparent way, good sense of humor, ability to handle small-talk
English (both written and spoken)
