The international management-consulting company with an office in Dubai (UAE) ARKAD MANAGEMENT DMCC is looking for the Regional Finance Manager (UAE) to join their team in the head office.

 

ARKAD MANAGEMENT DMCC is an advisory company that was founded in 2020 for provision of integrated consultancy services. Company’s target clients are Financial Technology projects such as Forex brokers and Stockbrokers, Payment agents, E-money institutions, and marketing companies providing services to the aforementioned entities.

 

The Regional Finance Manager will be in charge of UAE business vertical - helping company's clients to set up their businesses in UAE Mainland and Free Zones, open corporate and personal bank accounts, assist in migration of personnel, and supervise accounting and reporting of their local businesses.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with the Business Consultant in assessing a client's profile, make recommendations towards suggested business plan, assist the client in setting up a Company in UAE
  • Open corporate and personal bank accounts for the client and the personnel of the company in UAE banks, communicate with the banks, prepare the necessary documentation for KYC/Compliance purposes
  • Supervise provision of accounting, audit and VAT reporting services for the clients via in-house and outsources personnel
  • Provide management reporting for the vertical, prepare commercial offers, invoices, statement of accounts etc.
  • Complete all other duties associated with the position

 

Requirements

  • Higher education (Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting)
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (including business communication)
  • Experience in working with banking systems and understanding banking infrastructure, KYC and Compliance procedures
  • Excellent working proficiency of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to think in a structured way, analyze data and prioritize workload
  • Readiness to move to Dubai

 

Will be a strong advantage, if you have:

  • Experience in working with Corporate Service Provider / Secretarial industry
  • ACCA / MBA qualified or in process

The position's trial period is 3 months. The salary and bonuses for the trial period and after the move are to be discussed during the interview.
