В турецкую компанию-производитель продуктов питания Tat Gıda требуется Regional Export Manager (Russia and CIS Market).
Company is looking for a teammate who will determine the target export markets, improve the company's position in the market, establish effective and sustainable relations with existing customers and distributors, identify opportunities and threats in the markets they are responsible for, and take actions in line with Tat's strategy and targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new customers and new channels in order to reach the targeted position in the markets. Engaging suitable customers
- Determine the target export markets and to establish a market entry model
- Plan annual, semi-annual and monthly sales and turnover targets, to ensure that these targets are achieved following the approval process
- Create annual sales plans and targets in accordance with country strategies and to ensure that they are achieved
- Follow the activities related to ensuring and developing the continuity of relations with existing customers and keeping the information about the continuous customer and the market up to date
- Make regular market and customer visits
- Ensuring that customers and distributors agree with Tat strategies and targets and perform accordingly, making a "Joint Working Plan" with the distributor and ensuring its implementation
- Ensure that the needs of the customers are met correctly and on time by ensuring coordination with the marketing, production, logistics and legal departments
- Participating in fairs deemed necessary
- In order to create a product portfolio and price list suitable for the market, to send the necessary updated information and market / competitor information to the Marketing department in order to create marketing strategies related to its country, to help them determine the right strategies
- Evaluating the developments / opportunities in the markets in the country he is responsible for. Identifying opportunities and making action plans to expand its distribution, and following the results
- Manage distributors in parallel with company strategies by establishing efficient and sustainable commercial relations
- Plan and implement sales and commercial marketing activities that will improve the company's position in the market
Experience & Skills:
- Having at least 5 years of experience in export business especially Far East and Asia market
- Experience min 2 years in companies in FMCG category
- To be worked in the companies which are producing tomato paste, canned food, pickle category business will be an advantage
- To have advanced knowledge of English
- To be located in Russia
