At the moment company is in search of a Regional director for one of key regions (SEA / MENA). Your main goal will be to maximize the business performance of the region by elaborating and implementing a strategy for the development of the entire business in the country.
Future tasks:
- Elaboration and implementation of a business development strategy in the region
- Identifying growth areas in the region and providing evidence of their impact
- Conducting market monitoring, including the regulatory environment, in order to identify opportunities and threats for the development of a strategy or rapid response
- Development and management of the current business model
- Facilitating collaboration among departments and divisions to foster regional development
- Managing the regional budget
- Implementing effective risk management strategies within the region
- Tracking industry trends and incorporating them into strategic planning
- Joint work with the finance department on the analysis and development of key financial indicators of the region
- Leading a team of professionals in marketing, finance, HR, and legal departments
- Working with internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting results in the region, based on key metrics, to top management
