Managing the brand in the region, ensuring business growth and development, managing the country office, and meeting customer needs and expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and strategizing the business development in the region
- Launching and developing the office and ensuring high levels of process efficiency
- Forming and managing a global team
- Market, environment and customer needs assessment and analysis, defining product range and ensuring availability
- Developing and implementing a strategy to develop customer loyalty
- Planning and budget control
Expected results:
- Development of the brand at a regional level, building brand awareness and image among international customers
- Increase of sales and net profit
- Development of the shop network and online channels
- Consolidation of the brand position on the regional retail market
- Achievement of high level of customer satisfaction (CSI >4.9)

Requirements:
- Experience of work in UAE region and knowledge of international retail market
- Sales experience
- Leadership skills, strategic vision and business orientation
- Understanding of global trends, looking for opportunities to grow and improve business
- Fluent English language skills
