Japan Tobacco International is looking for a Regional channels manager.
What will you do:
- To be involved in Key Accounts (KA) and Wholesale strategy development;
- Drive the strategy implementation with assigned business partners and coordinate KA and Wholesale activities in Moscow region;
- Build partnership and lead negotiations with assigned clients, JTI distributors and other stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial business solutions;
- Plan, justify, ensure and control budget usage;
- Assortment management;
- Ensure proper programs usage in KA and Wholesale channels according to agreed strategy;
- Analyze the efficiency of marketing contracts, analyze client’s needs to develop programs based on learning;
- Ensure timely and efficient internal communication to achieve and control channels KPIs (monthly and FY Volume targets; SOM growth);
- Manage and develop the team.
You as a professional:
- University degree (Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Management is an advantage);
- English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
- Advanced MS Office user;
- Driving license;
- Min 2 years of people management experience; leader and able to lead the team to success;
- Understanding of Key Accounts and Wholesale environment, experience and proven achievements in National and top Regional Key clients negotiations, experience in building partnership with internal and external clients;
- Project management experience; budget management experience;
- Structured thinker with excellent analytical skills; strong communication and presentation skills; target oriented; ability to work under pressure, stress-resistance, high self-motivation;
- Able to constantly change yourself and drive changes around; thrive in fast-paced role and busy working environment.
