В FMCG компанию (персональная гигиена) требуется Regional Business Partner (Imports).
About the role:
- Please note this is a completely remote position and attracts only variable pay
- There is no fixed pay or fixed timing requirement for this position. (You can continue your current job/occupation). The vairbale pay could has no upper limit
- Location: (2 positions - one each for below): St Petersburg, Moscow
The Company:
The company is a well established global consulting firm - lead by industry veterans with 30+ years experience - specializing in international trade, sourcing, manufacturing of personal hygiene products. (Diapers, Sanitary pads and related products for kids and adults)
The Job:
The Regional Business Parter is responsible for developing and executing sales strategy to grow personal hygiene product sales in the one or more of the above markets.
This position will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners who are interested in importing for:
- Starting a new personal hygiene brand / business line
- Existing personal hygiene product sellers
- Existing personal hygiene importers
- Chain of retail / medical stores
- OEM brands
- NGO's / Charity organziations distributing diaper and related products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be ambitious and entrepreneurial
Experience:
- Must have 10+ years overall experience in fast moving consumer goods or medical OTC products
- Must have good knowledge and experience in selling personal hygiene products
- The person must specialize in one or more of these: Channel Sales & distribution, Global sourcing, Sales to Large retail chains / Modern trade, Sales to Government / NGO / WHO / UNESCO or Sales head of large FMCG companies handling big super distributors
