Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Moscow City, Russia. The Regional Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team, forecasting and budgeting, and developing new business opportunities. This role also includes some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales operations and team management
- Ability to develop and execute business development plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in the ceramics or construction industry is a plus
