Sigur is building a team of specialists and is looking for Regional account managers to develop sales in Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America.
Responsibilities:
- Active search, attraction and development of potential customers - banks, oil and gas, fuel and energy, industrial enterprises, large IT companies, retail, transport, tourism, healthcare, telecom companies, etc.
- Execution of planned performance
- Work with a cold contact database, independent search for clients in public sources
- In coordination with the marketing department, preparation of events aimed at increasing sales and raising brand awareness - seminars, presentations, training courses, etc.
- Developing customer base
- Request analysis and preparation of a technical and commercial offer: analysis of customers’ needs, equipment selection, product line consulting, consulting on integration with customers’ other information systems
- Negotiations, discussion and approval of the commercial offer with the customer
- Meetings with clients in coordination with pre-sale engineer, products and solutions presentation
- Preparation, agreement and signing of contracts
- Support of contracts, monitoring the implementation of contracts at all stages, work with claims and amendments to contracts.
- Market monitoring
- Monitoring of competitors activity
- Participation in security industry exhibitions, presentation of the product to potential customers at the company's stand, participation in presentations and seminars as a speaker
Requirements:
- Living in Dubai. Russian language B1 level is required
- Experience in corporate sales (B2B) of IT projects and security systems – required
- Knowledge of technical aspects of access control systems – will be a plus
- Own database of big clients – will be a plus
- Ability to work independently. No fear of calls and new people
- Sales and presentation skills, skill of conducting business negotiations with the first people of a company, striving to maintain and develop long-term partnerships
- Ability to collect, analyze, document technical requirements of customers
- Negotiation skills, competent argumentation of your point of view
- English language С1 level is required; Turkish/Arabic/Spanish - will be a plus
