Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment (+1 year as Senior Recruiter or Team Lead);
- Knowledge of the local IT Market;
- Understanding of the IT-sphere and recruitment processes;
- Excellent verbal and communication skills;
- An Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- At least an Intermediate level of Polish;
- Experience in conducting interviews;
- Experience with market analysis, conducting research, and preparing reports;

Responsibilities
- Full Life Cycle Recruitment: Lead/manage all aspects of recruiting ranging from sourcing the best talent, conducting effective and insightful screening, coordinating the interview process, to enduring strong candidate experience;
- Lead and develop the local recruitment team as well as the recruitment function;
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to ensure the ongoing pipeline of external candidates;
- Keep the candidates informed during the recruitment process and make sure that they have a great experience during this period;
- Administrate the database with updated information about the candidates/companies;
- Take part in the development of a recruitment strategy and participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities/events;
- Develop and keep procedures up-to-date, provide needed market data for company operations;
- Take a proactive part in building a strong employment brand within the local market.
