Kaspersky Lab is looking for a Recruitment Team Lead (Global Sales & Marketing and Business support).
Reporting to Head of Talent Acquisition.
Talent Acquisition helps to deliver Kaspersky business strategy through recruiting best in class talent to meet the needs and demands of the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with HR Business Partner and Hiring Managers. Your role will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process, hr analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Managing GLOBAL Sales & Marketing and General & Administration Talent Acquisition team (recruitment for Russia HQ, USA, Europe, META)
- Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, building a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs
- Manage and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process and life-cycle, including interviews, offers, for recruiters
- Participation and leading global recruitment projects
- Responsible for recruitment for middle and senior roles
Company is looking for a person who is:
- 3 + years of recruitment leadership experience; a combination of Agency and in-house corporate experience, preferred
- Passionate about recruitment and targeting highly qualified candidates
- Capable of becoming a partner for the internal customer and finding a win-win solution when searching for candidates on the highly competitive market
- Experienced to search directly and target passive candidates using different ways and sources
- Experienced in Sales & Marketing and Business Operations (Finance, HR, Admin) roles
- Fluent in English as company also places vacancies in many other countries of the world
