Kaspersky is searching for a Recruitment Team Lead (Sales & Marketing, General & Administration) to join the highly professional team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing GLOBAL Sales & Marketing and General & Administration Talent Acquisition team (recruitment for Russia HQ, USA, Europe, META)
- Developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates, building a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated business needs
- Manage and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process and life-cycle, including interviews, offers, for recruiters
- Participation and leading global recruitment projects
- Responsible for recruitment for middle and senior roles
Requirements and qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruitment leadership experience; a combination of Agency and in-house corporate experience, preferred
- Passionate about recruitment and targeting highly qualified candidates
- Capable of becoming a partner for the internal customer and finding a win-win solution when searching for candidates on the highly competitive market
- Experienced to search directly and target passive candidates using different ways and sources
- Experienced in Sales & Marketing and Business Operations (Finance, HR, Admin) roles
- Fluent in English as we also place vacancies in many other countries of the world
