Currently they are looking for an HR manager in Dubai, who will carry out a high-quality selection of real estate brokers and form a strong team.
Responsibilities:
Active search for brokers using various sources;
Organizing and conducting interviews;
Adaptation of new employees;
Use of various recruitment channels depending on the type of vacancy.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in recruitment;
Knowledge of personnel selection and assessment methods, experience in implementing various training and adaptation systems;
Knowledge of English;
Experience in Dubai;
Experience in real estate will be an advantage.
Terms:
Working hours 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00.
