Американский NoCode-стартап Welovenocode ищет Recruiting Lead.
WeLoveNocode helps founders create products without code. Company just raised a Seed round from the Snapchat Product Directors and they're remote.
What you should be able to do:
Be responsible for recruitment delivery of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for different teams
Sourcing and recruiting of high qualified professionals using smart combination of sources and tools (LinkedIn, Angel and etc)
Test new channels to find candidates and hunting from top companies like Facebook and Google
Interviewing and assessing candidates, organizing interviews with hiring managers
Providing full support to internal stakeholders within the recruiting process (understanding and analyzing business needs, requirements, consulting on the market trends, etc.)
Create and manage the recruiting team on 1-1s
Submit reports for recruiting team and update metrics
Automate recruiting processes
Host events, increasing NPS of employees in the company
Required Skills & Experience:
3 + years of recruiting lead experience in external or/and internal non-tech recruitment
Experience in recruiting on international markets is a must
Solid knowledge of recruiting tools, techniques and methods, external marketplace/trends
Successful experience in sourcing and hunting
Strong interviewing skills (screening, case, behavioral)
Own big network of candidates
Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, you only need a KPI and you can create your own tasks
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
English: advanced or native
