What is expected from a candidate?
- Experience in recruitment/quality filling all levels of vacancies
- English skills (B2 or higher)
- Knowledge of market specifics, legislation (UAE experience, connections, community)
- Residency in Dubai (relocation not considered)
- Desire to earn and participate in new international projects of the company
Responsibilities:
- Closing vacancies of different level and specificity / different niches (priority real estate)
- Work with local job resources, communities, direct search, headhunting
- Interviewing candidates, checking references, coordination with managers
- Communication with business owner, executive director, heads of departments
- Maintaining the functionality of the Dubai office (security, paperwork)
