Maple & Rose Real Estate is currently looking for Russian-speaking, Secondary Market sales & Leasing agents to join their ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated and have a proven track record in real estate or sales in any relevant field. This is a commission-based role with an opportunity to earn an unlimited amount of money.
Job Description:
- Generating new business using leads generated by the company and your own
- Building strong relationship with developers and mastering all knowledge about their projects
- Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser
- Negotiating offers and payment plans with buyer.
- Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on open houses, roadshows and other lead generating activities
- Promoting Maple & Rose culture and values internally and externally
Benefits:

- Yearly OTE of minimum US$135k+ (AED 500,000)
