Key Tasks:

    • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
    • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
    • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
    • Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
    • Leading a sales team, giving the right focus and strategic direction
    • Manage Sales Forecast,Pipeline and Inventories
    • Provide monthly sales status reports to VP of Sales (EMEA)
    • Regularly report out on new business opportunities
    • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
    • Engage with local and global stakeholders, to ensure smooth operation
    • Activate and maintain cooperation with Business Unit’s (BU’s) and Supply Chain

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business or Marketing

Experience

    • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
    • Know/have access to MTS, other mobile Telco Operators in the geography + channel partners
    • Previous experience as a Sales executive, Sales manager or Sales and Marketing director
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
    • Knows Channels/indirect sales
    • Sales hunting/sales leadership/sales pipeline management skills
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
    • Proven ability to position products against competitorsllet
    • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
