Key Tasks:

- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Understanding category-specific landscapes and trends
- Leading a sales team, giving the right focus and strategic direction
- Manage Sales Forecast,Pipeline and Inventories
- Provide monthly sales status reports to VP of Sales (EMEA)
- Regularly report out on new business opportunities
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Engage with local and global stakeholders, to ensure smooth operation
- Activate and maintain cooperation with Business Unit’s (BU’s) and Supply Chain
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business or Marketing
Experience
-
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Know/have access to MTS, other mobile Telco Operators in the geography + channel partners
- Previous experience as a Sales executive, Sales manager or Sales and Marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Knows Channels/indirect sales
- Sales hunting/sales leadership/sales pipeline management skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitorsllet
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
