Independent media agency Mediaplus Group is looking for an R&D Product manager.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and prioritization of backlog
- Target-setting for developers
- Investigate product metrics changes
- International negotiation with the HQ, R&D departments’ colleagues and partners for product data collection and exchange of experience
- Product hypotheses testing
- Keeping unit-economics reports up-to-date (regarding external services usage costs)
- Building system product metrics and its data collection
Requirements:
- Experience in advertising products as a Product manager
- Experience in bringing projects and products to market
- Technical background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the advertising market and its trends
- Custdev skills
- Experience with web analytics systems
- Copywriting, deep and clear specifying of own product
- Analytical abilities
- Ability to support product decision-making process, based on analysis, surveys and data
Would be a plus:
- Understanding and/or experience in bigdata
- The UX Experience
- Understanding of product monetization models
- Basic programming skills
- Mediascope skills
