В крупнейшую российскую пивоваренную компанию AB InBev Efes требуется Quality Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Manage safety environment in quality department;
· Organization and provision of quality control of raw materials, semi-products, by-products and finished goods at all stages of the production process;
· Development and implementation of actions aimed at maintaining and continuously improving the quality of products;
· Providing production and internal laboratory control in accordance with corporate standards and legal requirements;
· Organization of the work in Quality Department for the implementation of the approved production plan in the established volume, with minimum costs, the highest labor productivity, while ensuring high quality products and production culture;
· Performance of key performance indicators in Quality dpt;
· Achievement of quality targets;
· Implementation of a quality system from the supplier to the consumer within the plant;
· Preparation of programs and schedules for training personnel of production and units in the direction of quality;
· Organization and conduct of audits: outlets and warehouses of distributors, providers, consignees, sanitary audits, food safety audit, GMP, HACCP, technological audit, audit of storage conditions for auxiliary materials;
· Managing non-conforming product, Quality Incidents and Crisis quality situations.
Requirements:
· Higher degree (Technological area; Brewing or/and Scientific degree in Chemistry, Food technology or relevant field);
· Management experience (not less than 2 years);
· Experience in quality area (not less than 3 years);
· Knowledge quality management system;
· Knowledge corporate and industry standards for quality and food safety;
· Experience in team management;
· Stress resistance, leadership and communication skills, analytical thinking, effective communication skills;
· Skill to work in team;
· Experience in the SAP system will be an advantage;
· Knowledge of English at the level of Intermediate and above.
