Job Description:
Cooperate with the business development of Russia, and take charge of relevant procurement in the region. Develop local purchasing process and related purchasing system. To ensure that all procurement work in Russia complies with internal control compliance requirements of the company.
Excellent planning and management ability, and strive for and coordinate resources of all parties to ensure the implementation of procurement.
In-depth study of logistics warehouse related factors, go deep into the local supply market, and constantly improve the professional degree of procurement. Rich industry experience in logistics services (warehouse/customs/ delivery) and overseas logistics supply markets, through organizing effective data and information, comprehensive analysis of market and business conditions, identification of industry core problems, continuous optimization of operational strategies and solutions.
Led the project bidding, established the cost model and cost baseline, sorted out and optimized the business procurement mode and process. Accumulate purchasing project management experience to drive business efficient and low cost operation.
Get close to the business, understand the strategic direction of the business, and make corresponding procurement and supply strategies based on this representative team. Provide feasible and innovative Suggestions for business to facilitate business breakthroughs.
Position Requirement:
More than 5 years relevant experience in well-known logistics and warehousing enterprises.
Proficient in the end-to-end process of procurement from sourcing to payment, with experience in the management of large service procurement projects.
Strong business foresight, excellent business negotiation, communication, analysis and problem solving skills.
Rich horizontal resource coordination and promotion capabilities.
English, Russian and As the language of daily work and communication, Chinese language will be a plus.
Mature and stable, positive and optimistic, super ability to work under pressure. Logical and positive values.
