A trading company is looking for a purchasing manager in the UAE (Dubai) for cooperation.
Area of responsibility - supplies for the African division (copper and cobalt mining).
Responsibilities:
Work on procurement and supply to implement the business strategy of the division, achieve key performance indicators and KPIs.
Search for manufacturers in all regions of the world to supply goods and services to the African region.
Analysis of the market of suppliers, prices and other goods by product lines.
Developing a common supplier base that creates and maintains a competitive advantage.
Conducting complex, tough commercial negotiations at the level of top officials in order to achieve the best delivery conditions.
Conclusion of a contract for the supply / sale.
Full support of the transaction from the search for the manufacturer to delivery to the Customer.
Search for the optimal delivery option, organization of logistics, support for the movement of goods and materials from the manufacturer to the customer.
Correct execution of documents required for export / import.
Preparation of reports, memos and other information, documents in accordance with the existing regulations and instructions of the management.
Preferences:
Fluency in English (French is an advantage).
Higher technical / economic education.
Successful experience in the procurement / sales of industrial goods for the purpose of export / import from 3 years.
Experience of working with foreign manufacturers.
Experience working abroad is desirable.
Experience in complex negotiations at senior level.
High level of responsibility and stress resistance.
Highly developed communication skills.
Willingness to travel as needed (including to African countries).
Terms:
Workplace in Dubai (modern office in the city center).
Official registration, trial period of 3 months.
Registration of medical insurance and work visa.
Work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00 (according to the production calendar of the Russian Federation).
Payment for housing rent and 2 flights per year to the place of registration.
Salary: "white" salary $ 4,000 + bonuses.
