Promo mechanics include discounts offered by sellers or the platform. Each mechanic is a separate product, big or small, that needs to be carried through the entire Customer Journey Map (CJM).
Responsibilities:
- Develop new and maintain existing promo mechanics for both sellers and the platform
- Together with the team, form a development roadmap and plan goals according to the OKR methodology
- Analyze customer behavior and find insights
- Prioritizing, grooming and conducting research
- Launch of MVP and the following stages of product development
- Develop new and maintain existing promo mechanics for both sellers and the platform
- Create a strategy for the development of promo mechanics
- Test hypotheses aimed at improving target metrics
- Identify growth opportunities in tools for sellers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results
Requirements:
- Experience in managing complex products/projects throughout the entire product development cycle
- Strong analytical skills, experience in conducting A/B tests from hypothesis formation to final results
- Ability to consider all parts of the product (clients — sellers — platform)
- Over 2 years of experience in Product/Project Management or working in the e-commerce industry
- Experience in leading cross-functional products and interacting with multiple teams
- Experience in Promo and marketing is a plus
