In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Initiate, lead and implement improvement projects for GBS. These projects focus on the development of new GBS capabilities, implementation of strategic initiatives and improvement of existing operational processes in the areas of transformation (Funnel Management), transition and operations.
Projects aim at developing best practice approaches to ensure the seamless and effective integration of new products, services and applications in key markets.
You are responsible for:
- Initiating and managing projects from definition, through execution, to closure, including planning, budget control, stakeholder management and regular communication updates. Ensures that processes are properly documented and deployed
- Setting and deploying high standards on project management skills across GBS
- Driving deployment of GBS strategy within GBS
- Building communities of practice across GBS, in close cooperation with central team and internal customers
- Defining the risks and issues of the KPIs and SLA’s implementation and developing scenarios to overcome these risks
- Change management towards key stakeholders, both internal (Markets, Businesses, Functions) as well as external (customers) where appropriate
- You are a part of Global Project Management team. You will have no direct reports
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Master's degree, or equivalent
- Has > 6 years of relevant working experience, including experience in successfully managing various projects
- Be strong at structuring complex tasks and possess strong coordination skills
- Good influencing and relationship building skills
- Change management skills
- Good process and data analytical skills
- Experienced in Lean (DM, problem solving, Value Stream Mapping etc)
- Being able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a pressurized environment and work proactively to ensure project milestones are met
- PMP certificate (or equivalent) is required
- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is required
