What you will do:
- Develop a marketing plan with project leaders
- Contracting out, contracting out, budget approval, budget control, quality control
- Interaction with financial, legal departments, accounting, payment, receipt of closing documents, etc.
- Assign and control tasks to the performers within the marketing team (designers, copywriters, localizers, rice artists and others) and related departments
- Setting and digitization of objectives, evaluation of results
- Compliance with company communication guides
- Initiation of projects that will strengthen the relationship of non-profit initiatives with the major brand
What the company expects from you:
- Specialized education or marketing experience on the agency’s or client’s side from three years
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, predict deadlines and estimated the cost of works
- Experience in any task setting and control system
- Good communication skills, overall positive attitude
- Ability to resolve conflicts, and create healthy working environment
- Ability to involve in the project, to set the task so that the performer would be interested to perform it
- Knowledge of English at least upper-intermediate level
- Good writing and presentation skills
