LegionFarm — is a platform that lets gamers hire PRO-players for in-game coaching and assistance services. LegionFarm is looking for a Project manager.
Tasks that you’ll need to solve:
Plan activities with a few stakeholder groups;
Communicate with and grow an influencer base that will help promote LF;
Launch collaborations and calculate their effectiveness;
Set up operational processes related to campaign launches;
Lead projects from inception to realization.
It’ll be cool if:
You’re friends with math. You’re familiar with conversions, funnels, estimating the average registration cost based on campaign results/the average cost of c1 acquisition. You know how to use all of this and understand its impact;
Know how to work with data. Visualize it, make conclusions and decisions based on analyzed data;
You’re Independent. You can easily find agencies that work with USA based (warzone/apex/fortnite) streamers and who have marketing expertise and experience launching new collaborations;
You’re organized. You know how to work with and plan activities with several groups of stakeholders;
You possess structural thinking. You know how to establish and set up operational processes related to campaign launches. And yeah, contracts will need to be signed, funds sent, and details double-checked;
It’ll be a plus if you have marketing agency/startup PM experience as well as experience with TikTok, YT, and other channels where bloggers reach tens of thousands to millions of subscribers;
You know English well. Upper-intermediate/advanced.
