AB InBev Efes is searching for a Project Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Manage day to day diverse solutions projects according to established methodology;
Plan, coordinate, implement, control and complete multiple projects simultaneously ensuring consistency with our company strategy, commitments and budgets;
Ensure compliance with the project methodology standards and procedures of Project documentation and reporting;
Mobilize and manage cross-functional team (internal & external) and cope with well-known IT companies;
Manage project budget, prepare LE and ensure that financial impacts are captured and reflected in financial reporting;
Ensure clear communication among Project team and Stakeholders through regular routine meetings (SteerCo’s, Project statuses, etc.);
Manage Risks/Issues/Changes and provide project health visibility to project SteerCo;
Provide usage project management tools to track project performance and meet timelines
Build deep collaboration with WEZ Solutions/PPM.
Requirements and qualifications:
Higher education (Technical, Economics, Finance, Logistic);
3+ years of experience in Project Management with proven track-record of handling multiple projects at the same time;
Good knowledge of Project Management Methodologies and approaches (e.g. PMBoK, Agile);
Highly developed leadership and stakeholder management skills;
Experience with business/solution analysis, ability to handle, identify and translate business requirements;
Experience in investments planning and roadmap creation (e.g. 3 year plan, 1 year plan) is a plus;
Experience in working with outsourcing models is a plus;
Advanced in English.
