Philips Healthcare is looking for Project Manager (Health Systems).
You are responsible for:
- Actively to take a part in presales stage;
- To plan, manage and coordinate all project stage, to ensure each project stage will be implemented on time with needed quality;
- To prepare project plan and budget, to correct it in time (if needed, precalculation and postcalculation);
- To provide in time necessary information to project team;
- To be responsible for using PMs tools;
- To organize meeting with project team when the project closed to provide feedback to all participants, develop action points and implement them;
- To provide reports and project information to PM Lead in time when it’s needed;
- Actively to take a part in procedure development, to propose alternative ways for problems solving;
- Negotiating with external suppliers;
- Establish professional relationship with internal and external contacts;
- Undertake other responsibilities and tasks related to the business interests of the Company.
The company is looking for:
- Higher Education (architect, constructions);
- Project management background 5+ years (healthcare projects is an advantage);
- Knowledge of legislative safety requirements;
- Knowledge of legislation and contractual requirements;
- Knowledge of processes within the medical and building trade environmental (is an advantage);
- Soft skills: strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership, decisive approach, stress resistance, customer focus, detail oriented, conflict management, prioritization of a big amount of tasks, organizational skills;
- English level – at least B2 (Upper-intermediate) for oral and written communication.
