EXANTE is an international investment company that provides direct market access and professional services to institutional investors, asset/wealth managers, brokerages and investment funds. EXANTE is searching for a Project Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing, planning, organizing, implementing and delivering various Compliance projects from project initiation through to project completion and handover
- Coordinating multi-disciplinary firm-wide Compliance projects varying size and complexity, including:
- Scope confirmation
- Definition of implementation approach
- Milestone tracking
- Management of project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Preparing project implementation plan – needed resources, time and cost
- Project stakeholder management – aligning detailed project requirements with parties outside Compliance (i.e. Operations department, Legal, Finance, Risk and Business, etc.)
- Preparing business requirements specifications documents if project resources outside of Compliance are required
- Communicating with IT and Data Analytics teams where is required
- MIS/data analytics task
- Validating project plan with stakeholders
- Coordinating project execution / implementation within Compliance team
- Communicating and documenting project life cycle, including any scope changes, delays or overrun
- Developing internal progress reports
- Power Points Presentations
- Assessment of stakeholder's satisfaction during the course of the project and post Implementation
- Assistance in managing vendor relationships as part of the overall project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (degree in a technical field such as computer science is a plus)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Project management work experience. Experience in the Finance, Compliance or Technology sector a plus
- IT project management and SDLC concepts is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with a strong focus on controls, process, metrics
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Self-starter who can take Project Management initiatives forward independently with limited direction in a challenging environment requiring frequent course adjustment and re-prioritization
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages
