Auriga is looking for a Project manager.
Responsibilities:
Management of distributed multinational, cross-GEO team
Making sure project tasks are clearly defined for development and testing teams well ahead in time
Work with product owners, solution architects and other partners to prioritize and deliver the technical deliverables across multiple data migration work efforts such as data acquisition, data modelling, data mapping, data distribution, data migration utility, data quality, data validation and reporting
Work closely with project leader and data architect, proactively communicating and collaborating with them throughout the entire delivery lifecycle
Represent data migration development team in project team meetings and resolve dependencies
Proactively Articulate the trade-offs, benefits and risks of all sprint / development deliverables to project leader
Facilitate collaboration with developers, testers and architects, where needed, to ensure data completion and accuracy
Prioritize internal deployment schedules and successfully assess overall impact and readiness criteria
Make sure project team receives necessary training, where and if needed
Document new processes and change to existing processes
What the company expects from a candidate:
Scrum Master // Scrum product owner // Project management experience from2-3 years
Experience with distributed team management
Basic background with requirements development
Hands on experience micro-services application architecture approach — from any team role (PM, PO, developer, tester)
Would be a plus:
Application development or testing background in the past is a nice to have as this will help in raising questions within the development team and bringing people together for resolving issues
