Purpose of the role:
Be a vital bridge between project execution and organizational strategy, ensuring that projects are aligned with strategic goals and delivering tangible business value. Building a strategic PMO requires careful planning, a clear vision, and a systematic approach to execution.
Key tasks & responsibilities:
- Manage execution of company’s strategic project(s). Related to the areas of commercial and operational effectiveness
- Project manager of internal organizational projects according to needs, innovation, and external projects
- Includes all organizational projects in accordance with strategy and adaptation to the business goals of the organization
- Develops and implements project management policies, procedures and methodologies
- Provides expertise, makes advices and supports the project teams
- Monitors and controls project performance, including tracking progress against agreed schedules, budgets and quality standards
- Promotes a culture of continuous improvement in project management processes and practices
- Builds a plan for all projects in the organization over a year and a quarter
- Leads very complex projects that include several touchpoints in the organization and outside the organization
- Supports and partners with other projects in the organization
- Integrates between project stakeholders and reports to management
- Support Strategic Director and General Manager in ad-hoc strategic requests e.g. analysis of company effectiveness, requests from Headquarters, presentations
Candidate’s profile:
Key requirements:
- Broad vision according to needs and strategy, for the client and the organization
- University degree (preferably in economics / business management)
- Fluent Russian and English (spoken & written)
- Proven track record of leading complex strategic projects for 2+ years, confirming successful and in-time projects completion (preferably in Pharma / FMCG)
- Sufficient knowledge of business processes and commercial principles of pharmaceutical / FMCG companies
Skills that will be considered as an advantage:
- MBA, PMO certification
- 3-5 years of experience in Consulting field (including Big-3, Big-4 companies, IQVIA)
- Strong skills related to: communication, leadership and management, relationship building, ability to coach and develop people, analytical skills
