VOLKSWAGEN Financial Services (Volkswagen Group Finanz) is looking for Project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Project management of IT and Business projects in financial areas like: retail banking - loans starting from idea to project closure
- Project planning, control of scope and budget, change management
- Risk management - assessment of the impact of environmental factors and offer compensatory measures
- Vendor and contract management
- Project quality assurance
- Projects reporting (project steering committee, board of management etc.)
- Preparation of project documentation
- Maintains a thorough understanding of the relevant business area to aid in the development of accurate and concise functional requirements
- Applies technical and functional knowledge to design solutions which are in line with technical architecture, database design and performance requirements; and which are appropriate given the context within which they will be implemented
Knowledge Requirements:
- Higher education (technical specialty is preferable)
- Experience in Project Management in financial area 3+ years is a must
- Strong knowledge of project management methodology or certification
- Agile mindset, Scrum framework knowledge, is a big plus
- Strong technical background (IT systems implementation, architecture, integration)
- Strong soft skills (internal/external communication, drive development process)
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
- Self-driven, client-oriented, flexible
- Good knowledge at retail banking (Leasing / Factoring is a plus)
- 3-4 accomplished projects
- Experience in distributed team management
- Fluent English, working with international suppliers/project teams is a big plus.
