You'll be working on one of the most exciting project at Kaspersky Lab! Working with data is at the heart of many projects. In this role you will have to analyze how the data workings are structured, use your experience to suggest new projects to implement in order to improve the customer experience on corporate websites, move from a license-based model to the customer one view. Develop new tools and capabilities for other teams to create unique customer scenarios and customize content on corporate sites based on triggers from customer data platform. On a regular basis, you will interact with teams from other departments, including the Digital Business Data Office, working on joint initiatives for the digital consumer business, expose dependencies for future development and assess the final outcome. You are the one who has to create the new customer data platform.
Areas of responsibilities:
- Identify and consolidate new digital opportunities in data management, audit current landscape and formulate proposals for implementation.
- Customer data unification in one place from all internal services and touchpoints
- Create an approach to identify customer at every step of digital journey
- Launch scalable framework enabling expansion of new data source and usage
- Deliver connected and personalized customer experience across owned and managed digital touchpoints
- Work closely with the Digital Business Data Office, working with dependencies, planning major activities
- Work with development teams to understand the feasibility and level of effort for projects and features; makes reasonable trade-offs on requirements based on feedback
- Collaborate with internal customers – Retention team, Product management, Product marketing, BI for formulating and creating personalised experiences across moments, channels, and buying stages
What You Should Have/Know:
- Additional qualifications in traditional project management, Agile & Scrum are preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in of digital product management/ website management/ data platforms management / BI projects
- Experience in ecommerce and marketing websites a major plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar
- Experience in implementing or developing data storage systems
Functional knowledge and skills:
- Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations
- Experience in building and launching platform solutions is a big plus for the candidate
Business expertise:
- Articulate in documenting business requirements, specifications, and user stories
- Experienced in defining and executing against roadmaps using both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Analytical skills to test hypothesis and sort through complex options
Personal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communications, with ability to collaborate with all levels across varied functional areas including marketing, creative, and technology
- Strong presentation and influencing skills
- Enthusiastic, creative and innovative attitude
- English upper-intermediate level
