Job Description:
- The company is a startup with a proven product that company is currently restructuring from a monolith into separate components that will allow them to scale business
- As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing our projects. You will be managing a front-end team that consists of developers, QA and graphic designers. You will be ensuring that produced web shop projects are integrated seamlessly with the remainder of application eco-system in corporation with the rest of tech team
- Company strongly believes in standing on the shoulders of giants, and the role of frameworks and third-party solutions, in supporting rapid development and avoiding re-inventing the wheel
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the remote team of developers, designers, QAs
- Oversee the development stages of web applications
- Communicate with the external clients and internal product manager
- Provide feedback regarding the used technical solution and participate in its improvement
- Assist HR in the selection process for new additions to your team
- Working in accordance with the GMT+6 time zone
Requirements:
- Experience managing developers, content writers, QAs and graphic designers
- Experience with a CMS system such as GRAV CMS is a plus
- Experience in Jira & Confluence
- Domain expertise, business expertise, leadership, skills, and operational ability
- Experience in the role of a project manager in the software development process, developing software specifications with stakeholders, software architects & product managers
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to manage a big volume of the information, prioritize and plan it
- Ability to organize work processes from scratch
- Ability to a fast-changing, rapidly growing industry
- Fluent in English
