Playrix is looking for a manager who wants to build expert teams and help them make successful products. A manager's role is to improve the world around them. This position can be remote or based in one of the countries where the company operates. The company will assist with relocation to Armenia, Cyprus, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Portugal, or Serbia.
Tasks:
- Ensuring the successful development and implementation of product growth strategies
- Building and leading teams: performance reviews, professional development support, hiring
- Production management: creating and developing processes and overseeing their efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience in managerial, leadership, or product positions in game development companies
- Exceptional understanding of the principles and processes of product management
- Experience assessing and developing a team
- Fluency in Russian and proficiency in written English
